Rate Increase FAQ’s

I just signed up, is my rate going up?
If you recently signed up on our new membership tier and are paying $75/Individual, $135/Two Person Family, $195/Three Person Family or $255/Four Person Family, your rate will not increase.

For all other Individual plans:
You will see a $5 rate increase. If you are paying $65, your rate will increase to $70. If you are paying $55, your rate will increase to $60……so on and so on.

I’m on a Family Plan, or I have a Person Training Client Discount, how will my rate be affected?
You will see less than a $5 increase after factoring in your discount. For example if you are paying $117 for a Two Person Family membership (10% discount) then your rate will only increase $4.50/person to the new rate of $126.

The same math can be applied to Three Person and Four Person memberships.

If you are paying $52 for a discounted personal training membership (20% off) then your rate will increase $4 ($5 minus 20%) to the new rate of $56.

I have Pre-Paid Annual Membership, how will my rate be affected?
There is no additional payment due at this time. At your annual renewal, we will offer you another year at a slightly increased rate, about $55 increase per person.

Do I have a contract with Key 2 Fitness?
No. No one is on a contract with Key 2 Fitness. You may cancel your membership anytime with 30 days notice. Of course if you cancel, you would be subject to our newest rates when you return.
